GUJARAT CORONA UPDATE :- OFFICIAL PRESS-NOTE DATE:- 06/07/2020

Corona epidemic has hit Gujarat.  The number of corona cases in the state in the unlock phase is now surpassing 700 per day.  In the last 24 hours, an additional 735 cases of corona have been reported in Gujarat.  While 19 patients have died, and 423 patients have recovered and returned home.  Thus the total number of corona cases in the state has reached 36,858.  The total death toll was 1962.  So the total discharge figure has reached 26323.

If you look at the details of Corona cases registered today, Surat Corporation 201, Ahmedabad Corporation 18, Vadodara Corporation 3, Surat 20, Bhavnagar Corporation 3, Banaskantha 3, Bharuch 12, Ahmedabad 12, Rajkot Corporation 18, Gandhinagar 12, Valsad 12, Mehsana 12, Kutch  11, Vadodara 10, Junagadh Corporation 3, Kheda 4, Bhavnagar 4, Panchmahal 2, Sabarkantha 6, Navsari 6, Amreli 4, Rajkot 4, Junagadh 4, Jamnagar Corporation 4, Surendranagar 4, Dahod 4, Gandhinagar Corporation 4, Morbi 5  Tapi 3, Patan 3, Chhota Udepur 3, Aravalli 3, Mahisagar 3, Botad 2, Gir-Somnath 2, Jamnagar 3, Anand 1 cases were registered.

 At present, the total number of active cases in the state is 8, out of which 8 patients are in critical condition, while 203 patients are stable.  In the last 24 hours, Ahmedabad Corporation 3, Surat Corporation 2, Surat 2, Aravalli 2, Banaskantha 1, Kheda 1 patient died due to corona.
