 10 people died in Gamkhwar accident

 A terrible accident took place on the Bavla-Bagodara highway in Ahmedabad, in which 10 people including 5 women and 3 children of Sunda and Bhanthala villages were killed.  A serious accident took place when a mini truck entered behind the truck.  However, 10 people have been injured.  As soon as the incident was reported, the local police reached the spot and conducted an investigation.  The accident took place between Bavla-Bagodara and 50 km away from Ahmedabad.  Then PM Modi and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel expressed their condolences regarding the incident.

Friends, accident cases are happening frequently, now after Gandhinagar-Sarkhej highway, it has come to light that there has been a big accident on Ahmedabad-Bagodara highway as well.  Chotila, while returning from the darshan of Mata, rammed into a truck parked on the magical highway.  Due to which 10 people died in the accident.

The dead include five women, three children and two men.  On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and other people injured in the accident have been admitted to the hospital.  Preliminary information revealed that the accident occurred due to truck parking on the highway.

 According to the information received, a total of 13 people were on board the Tata Magic (small elephant) vehicle, out of which three were sitting in front.  The remaining 10 people were riding behind.  All these were returning from Chotila, a pilgrimage site in Surendra Nagar district.  On the way back, this big accident happened when a truck stopped in front of the highway.

In which a total of 10 people died on the spot, the information reached, the police took out the dead and sent the injured to the hospital.  All are said to be natives of Sudha village in Kapdvanj.

After receiving information about the fire, Gondal Fire 2 reached the spot and tried to douse the fire by throwing water on the fire.  The fire took a huge form, smoke drops were seen far away, the help of fire staff from Rajkot and Jetpur was taken to extinguish the fierce fire.

The fire that broke out late at night was brought under control in the early morning by continuous pouring of water.  The exact cause of the fire has not been found, the loss of lakhs of rupees has been caused due to the fire

 2 fires of Gondal municipality were found in running condition and 2 fires were found in closed condition.

 Vidyarthini wrote in the suicide note, 'Dad, there is only one reason for my death and that is you.  I hated you so much.  Because you never considered me as your own daughter.  You only knew how to order and get angry.  I have one regret behind my death.  Who gave me the pram of both mother and father.  Sorry Grandma.......I Hate You Dad'

જિલ્લાના ત્રણ વિસ્તારોમાં આ ટુકડાઓ જોઈને લોકો આશ્ચર્યચકિત થઈ ગયા છે. જીતપુરા દાગજીપૂર અને ખાનકુવા પાસે આ ઘટના બની હોવાના સમાચાર છે.  તેમના આકાર અને તેમના પરની માટી જોઈને અંદાજ લગાવવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે કે તેઓ અવકાશમાંથી પડ્યા છે. જો કે ફોરેન્સિક સાયન્સ લેબોરેટરી (FSL)ના રિપોર્ટ બાદ જ આ વાતની પુષ્ટિ થશે.

પોલીસે આ અંગે ફોરેન્સિક ટીમને જાણ કરી 
ગામલોકો દાવો કરી રહ્યા છે કે આ ટુકડા આકાશમાંથી પડ્યા છે અને તેથી તેઓ માને છે કે તેમનો અવકાશ સાથે કોઈ સંબંધ છે, જ્યારે પોલીસને આ અંગે શંકા છે. પોલીસે આ અંગે ફોરેન્સિક ટીમને જાણ કરી છે અને જિલ્લા પોલીસ પણ તેના સ્તરે તપાસ કરી રહી છે.

અવકાશી પદાર્થો હોવાનો ગામલોકોનો દાવો 

ગ્રામજનોના જણાવ્યા મુજબ, શંકાસ્પદ કાટમાળના ટુકડા આકાશમાંથી આવ્યા હતા અને આજે સાંજે 4.45 વાગ્યે ભાલેજ, ખંભોલજ અને રામપુરા ખાતે જમીન પર પડ્યા હતા, એવું જિલ્લા પોલીસે જણાવ્યું હતું. 
આ ત્રણેય વિસ્તારો એકબીજાથી 15 કિલોમીટરના અંતરે છે. પહેલા 5 કિલો બ્લેક ધાતુનો ટુકડો ભાલામાં પડ્યો હતો અને પછી ખંભોળજ અને રામપુરામાં સમાન ટુકડાઓ નોંધાયા હતા. આ પછી ગામલોકોએ સ્થાનિક પોલીસને જાણ કરી. પોલીસે ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચીને આ ટુકડાઓ જોયા અને તપાસ શરૂ કરી.

પોલીસ અધિકારીનું નિવેદન 

આણંદના પોલીસ અધિકારી અજિત રઝિયાને એક ન્યૂઝ એજન્સીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે ધાતુનો દડો ઉપગ્રહનો કાટમાળ હોવાની આશંકા છે. રઝિયાને કહ્યું, “પ્રથમ ટુકડો લગભગ 4.45 વાગ્યે પડ્યો અને થોડી જ વારમાં અન્ય બે જગ્યાએથી સમાન અહેવાલો આવ્યા. જો કે તેમના તરફથી કોઈ જાનહાનિના અહેવાલ નથી. 

FSL ના રીપોર્ટ બાદ જ જાણવા મળશે 

પોલીસ કહ્યું હતું કે અમને ખાતરી નથી કે તે અવકાશનો કાટમાળ છે કે કેમ, પરંતુ ગ્રામજનોના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, આ ટુકડા આકાશમાંથી પડ્યા છે.

પોલીસ અધિકારી રઝિયાને એમ પણ કહ્યું હતું કે જિલ્લા પોલીસે તપાસ શરૂ કરવા માટે FSL નિષ્ણાતોની ટીમને બોલાવી છે. “FSL ટીમ આવીને તેની તપાસ કરશે. અમે આ ઘટનામાં કેસ નોંધ્યો છે અને આ મામલે એફએસએલના રિપોર્ટની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ. દરમિયાન, જિલ્લા પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ પણ એ શોધવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છે કે રહસ્યમય લાગતી આ વસ્તુઓ શું હોઈ શકે છે. જો કે વધુ માહિતી તો FSL ના રીપોર્ટ બાદ જ જાણવા મળશે.

અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના ધંધૂકા શહેરમાં માલધારી સમાજના યુવકની હત્યા કેસમાં સનસનીખેજ ખુલાસો થયો છે. યુવકની હત્યા ધાર્મિક પોસ્ટના કારણે થઈ હોવાનું પોલીસ સૂત્રોમાંથી બહાર આવ્યું છે. ત્યારે હત્યારાઓના સીસીટીવી ફૂટેજની તસવીર બહાર આવી છે. જેમાં શકમંદ હત્યારા સીસીટીવીમાં કેદ થયા છે. જેમાં બાઈક પર હત્યારા જતાં હોય તેવું જણાઈ રહ્યું છે. આ ઘટનામાં કિશન ભરવાડ જેવો રાત્રે પોતાના ઘરે જતો હતો ત્યારે પહેલાથી રેકી કરીને બાઈક પર સવાર બંને શખસો પૈકીના એકે ફાયરિંગ કરતાં એક મિસફાયર થયું હતું અને બીજી ગોળીએ કિશનનો જીવ લઈ લીધો હતો.

સીસીટીવી ફૂટેજમાં શું દેખાય છે
25મી જાન્યુઆરી (મંગળવારે)એ ધંધૂકામાં કિશન ભરવાડ નામના યુવકની હત્યા કરાઈ હતી. હત્યામાં વિધર્મીઓની સંડોવણી ખુલી છે. ત્યારે આ ઘટનાના સીસીટીવી ફૂટેજ બહાર આવ્યા છે. જેમાં બે હત્યારા બાઈક પર જતાં દેખાયા છે. એકે લાલ રંગનો શર્ટ અને બીજાએ લાઈટ લીલો શર્ટ પહેરેલો દેખાય છે. આ બંને શખસે જ ભરવાડ યુવકને મોતને ઘાટ ઉતાર્યો હોવાનું માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.

અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના ધંધૂકા ખાતે થયેલી કિશન ભરવાડ નામના યુવાનની હત્યા સંદર્ભે ગૃહરાજ્યમંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવીએ સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના ચુડા તાલુકાના ચચાણા ગામે મૃતક કિશન ભરવાડના પરિવારજનોની મુલાકાત લઈને સાંત્વના પાઠવી પરિવારજનોને ઝડપથી ન્યાયની ખાતરી આપી હતી. આ હત્યા કેસ મામલે અમદાવાદ જિલ્લા પોલીસ વડા વિરેન્દ્રસિંહ યાદવે તપાસની વિગતો અંગે મીડિયાને સંબોધન કર્યું હતું. તેમણે કહ્યું કે, આરોપી શબ્બીરે અમદાવાદના મૌલવી ઐયુબને કહ્યું હતું કે, કિશને જે ફેસબુક પોસ્ટ મુકી છે એ મને નથી ગમ્યું, જેથી સબક શીખવવો છે, મને હથિયાર આપો. જેથી મૌલવીએ આ હથિયાર આપ્યું હતું.

આ હત્યા કેસના આરોપી શબ્બીર ઉર્ફે સાબા ચોપડા(રહે.મલવતવાડા, ધંધુકા)અને ઈમ્તિયાઝ ઉર્ફે ઈમ્તુ પઠાણ(રહે. કોઠીફળી,ધંધુકા)ની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. મૌલાના મહંમદ ઐયુબ જાવરાવાલા(રહે. જમાલપુર, અમદાવાદ)ની અટકાયત કરવામા આવી છે.

શબ્બીરે ફાયરિંગ કર્યું, ઈમ્તિયાઝ બાઇક ચલાવતો હતો
25 જાન્યુઆરીએ કિશન ભરવાડની ફાયરિંગ કરી હત્યા કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેમાં હત્યા અને હત્યાના પ્રયાસનો ગુનો નોંધી બે આરોપીઓની ધરપકડ કરાઈ છે. આરોપી શબ્બીરે ફાયરિંગ કર્યું હતું જ્યારે ઈમ્તિયાઝ બાઇક ચલાવતો હતો.

મૃતકે 6 જાન્યુઆરીએ મુકેલી FB પોસ્ટને કારણે હત્યા થઈ
6 જાન્યુઆરીએ મૃતકે ફેસબુક પર ધાર્મિક લાગણી દુભાય એવી પોસ્ટ મુકાઈ હતી. જેની 9 તારીખે ફરિયાદ થઈ અને કાર્યવાહી થઈ હતી. ફેસબુક પરની પોસ્ટને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી આયોજનબદ્ધ રીતે હત્યા કરવામાં આવી છે. આરોપી શબ્બીર કટ્ટરવાદી વિચારધારા ધરાવે છે. મૌલવી જે કટ્ટરવાદી હોય તેના સંપર્કમાં હોય શકે. મુંબઈમાં મૌલવીને મળ્યો હતો. જેને અમદાવાદમાં જમાલપુરમાં ઐયુબ નામના મૌલવીને મળવા કહ્યું હતું.

શબ્બીરે મૌલવીને કહ્યું તેને સબક શીખવાડવવો છે મને હથિયાર આપો
અમદાવાદના જમાલપુરના મૌલવી અને દિલ્હીના મૌલવી શાહઆલમમાં મળી ચુક્યા છે. જેમાં શબ્બીર પણ હાજર હતો. હત્યાના 5થી 6 દિવસ પહેલા શબ્બીર અમદાવાદ ગયો હતો અને તેણે મૌલવીને મળી ફેસબુક પર આ પોસ્ટની વાત કરી કહ્યું હતું કે આ ફેસબુક પર પોસ્ટ મૂકી એ મને ગમી નથી, તેને સબક શીખવાડવાનો છે. મને હથિયાર આપો. જેથી મૌલવીએ આ હથિયાર આપ્યું હતું.આ સંગઠન અને અન્ય મૌલવીઓ અંગે તપાસ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. ઈમ્તિયાઝ શબ્બીરનો મિત્ર છે અને અન્ય યુવાનો સાથે પણ વાતચીત કરતો હતો.

શબ્બીરે એક વર્ષ પહેલા મૌલવીની સ્પીચ સાંભળી હતી
આરોપી શબ્બીર મુજબ 1 વર્ષ પહેલાં મૌલવીની સ્પીચ સાંભળી છે અને મળ્યો હતો. મૌલવી ઐયુબ જમાલપુરમાં જ રહે છે અને વધુ પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. પૂછપરછ અને તપાસ દરમિયાન જાણવા મળ્યું કે તેની કટ્ટરવાદી માનસિકતા છે. રિમાન્ડ મેળવી ફન્ડિંગ તેમજ અગાઉ આવા કોઈ પ્રવૃત્તિ કરવામાં આવી અને લોકોના વિચાર બદલવા અંગેની તપાસ કરવામાં આવશે.

ઇન્સ્ટાગ્રામ દ્વારા મૌલવીના સંપર્કમાં આવ્યો
આરોપી શબ્બીર એક વર્ષ પહેલાં ઇન્સ્ટાગ્રામ મારફતે મૌલવીના સંપર્કમાં આવ્યો હતો. કટ્ટરવાદી વિચારધારા ધરાવતો શબ્બીર મુંબઈના મૌલવીને મળ્યો હતો અને તેણે અમદાવાદના જમાલપુરમાં રહેતા મૌલવી ઐયુબને મળવા કહ્યું હતું. મૂળ મૌલાના દિલ્હીનો છે અને મુંબઈ ખાતે મળ્યો હતો. દરેક રીતે પોલીસની તપાસ ચાલુ છે.

હત્યાની ઘટનાના પડઘા બોટાદ અને રાણપુરમાં પણ પડ્યા
ધંધૂકામાં કિશન ભરવાડની હત્યાની ઘટનાના પડઘા બોટાદ અને રાણપુરમાં પણ પડ્યા છે. બોટાદ અને રાણપુરમાં બંધનું એલાન આપવામાં આવ્યું છે. એ ઉપરાંત રાણપુરના વેપારીઓએ પણ સ્વૈચ્છિક બંધ પાળીને વિરોધ કર્યો છે. હાલમાં રાણપુરમાં પણ પોલીસનો ચાંપતો બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવી દેવાયો છે.

મૃતક યુવકના નામે સ્ટેચ્યૂ બનાવવાની માગ
આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હિન્દુ પરિષદના પ્રદેશ અધ્યક્ષ સહિતના અનેક આગેવાનો ધંધૂકા મૃતકનાં પરિવારજનોને મળવા પહોંચ્યા હતા. સમાજના આગેવાનો અને પરિવારજનોએ સાથે મીટિંગ કરી હતી. મૃતક યુવાન કિશને એક સમાજ માટે નહિ પરંતુ હિન્દુ ધર્મ માટે બલિદાન આપ્યું છે. તેમનું બલિદાન એળે ના જાય એ માટે યુવાન અમર રહે એવા નારા લગાવાયા હતા. ધંધૂકામાં એક માર્ગ કિશનના નામે બનાવવામાં આવે, તેનું સ્ટેચ્યૂ બનાવવામાં આવે એવી પણ માગ કરવામાં આવી છે.

સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટેડ શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકોની કામગીરી અને શિક્ષકોની હાજરી સાથે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની હાજરી તેમજ મૂલ્યાંકન પર નજર રહેતે માટે સરકારે ગાંધીનગરમાં કમાન્ડ એન્ડ કંટ્રોલરૂમ શરૂ કર્યો છે.જેમાં થોડા સમય બાદ હવે નવા ભવનનું આજે ઉદઘાટન કરાયુ છે.

જલારામની ચીકી બનાવવાની સ્ટેપ બાય સ્ટેપ પ્રોસેસ
પહેલું સ્ટેપઃ સૌ પહેલા શેકેલી સીંગને શોર્ટેડ કરવામાં આવે છે. સીંગનાં ફાડિયાં કરી એમાંથી ફોતરી ઉતારવામાં આવે છે.
બીજું સ્ટેપઃ ગરમ પાણીમાં કઠણ ગોળ નાખવામાં આવે છે અને ચાસણી બને ત્યાં સુધી ગોળ ગરમ કરવામાં આવે છે.

ભારત સરકારનું પોસ્ટલ વિભાગ ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડ (DAC)તૈયાર કરવાની દિશામાં કામ કરી રહ્યું છે. પોસ્ટ વિભાગે તાજેતરમાં જ પોતાની અધિકૃત વેબસાઈટને ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસના પ્રસ્તાવ પર તમામ હિતધારકોનાં ફીડબેક અને સૂચનો મગાવતા એક ડ્રાફ્ટ રિસર્ચ પેપર ઈસ્યુ કર્યું હતું. ફીડબેક આપવા માટેની સમયસીમા 20 નવેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરી થઈ ગઈ છે. આ સાથે એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે સરકાર ટૂંક સમયમાં ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસને લઈ અનેક જાહેરાત કરી શકે છે.

શા માટે ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડની જરૂર છે?
ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસની જરૂર શા માટે છે, આ અંગે પોસ્ટ વિભાગે જણાવ્યું હતું કે સામાન્ય રીતે આધારને એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ તરીકે ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે, પણ આધાર પર નોંધાયેલા એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલી પ્રમાણિત કરવામાં આવતું નથી. વર્તમાન સમયમાં તમામ એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સાથે આ જ તો ઊણપ છે. કોઈપણ એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલી પ્રમાણિત કરવા માટે એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલ લોકેશન (જિયોસ્પેશિયલ કોઓર્ડિનેટ્સ અથવા ભૂ-સ્થાનિક નિર્દેશાંક) સાથે લિંક થવી જોઈએ. આ સંજોગોમાં ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ આઈડેન્ટિટીને એડ્રેસના ઓનલાઈન ઓથેન્ટિકેશન માટે ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે.
