આજે મે મહિનાનો છેલ્લો દિવસ છે. આવતીકાલથી જૂન શરૂ થશે. નવા મહિનાની શરૂઆત સાથે, ઘણા મોટા નિયમોમાં ફેરફાર જોવા મળશે. 1 જૂનથી બિઝનેસ, બેન્કિંગ ફાઇનાન્સ સહિત અન્ય ઘણી બાબતોમાં ફેરફાર જોવા મળશે. આ ફેરફારો તમારા ખિસ્સા પર પણ અસર કરશે. તો ચાલો જાણીએ ગઈ કાલથી કઈ કઈ વસ્તુઓ બદલાઈ રહી છે.

SBIની હોમ લોન થઇ જશે મોંઘી

આવતીકાલે એટલે કે 1 જૂનથી દેશની સૌથી મોટી સરકારી બેંકની હોમ લોન મોંઘી થઈ જશે. SBIએ તેના હોમ લોન એક્સટર્નલ બેન્ચમાર્ક લેન્ડિંગ રેટ (EBLR)ને 0.40 ટકાથી વધારીને 7.05 ટકા કર્યો છે. જ્યારે RLLR 6.65 ટકા વત્તા CRP હશે. SBIએ પોતાની વેબસાઈટ પર આ જાણકારી આપી છે. SBIના નવા દર આવતીકાલથી એટલે કે 1 જૂન 2022થી લાગુ થશે.

થર્ડ પાર્ટી વીમો મોંઘો

1 જૂન, 2022થી વાહન વીમાનું પ્રીમિયમ મોંઘું થઈ જશે. ખરેખર, સરકારે થર્ડ પાર્ટી વીમાનું પ્રીમિયમ વધાર્યું છે. આ કારણે હવે ટુ વ્હીલર અને ફોર વ્હીલર્સ માટે થર્ડ પાર્ટી વીમાની રકમ વધશે. કેન્દ્ર સરકારના આ નિર્ણયથી હવે 1 જૂનથી વાહન માલિકોએ એન્જિનના હિસાબે વીમાનું પ્રીમિયમ ચૂકવવું પડશે.

શરૂ થશે ગોલ્ડ હોલમાર્કિંગનો બીજો તબક્કો

ગોલ્ડ હોલ માર્કિંગનો બીજો તબક્કો 1 જૂન, 2022થી લાગુ થશે. ગ્રાહક બાબતોના મંત્રાલયના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, ફરજિયાત હોલમાર્કિંગના બીજા તબક્કાના કાર્યક્ષેત્ર હેઠળ, દેશના 32 જિલ્લામાં 14, 18, 20, 22, 23 અને 24 કેરેટના સોનાના આભૂષણો વેચવામાં આવશે નહીં. નોડલ એજન્સી બ્યુરો ઑફ ઇન્ડિયન સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ્સ (BIS) દ્વારા દેશના 256 જિલ્લાઓમાં 23 જૂન 2021 થી અમલમાં આવતા ફરજિયાત ગોલ્ડ હોલમાર્કિંગને લાગુ કરીને પ્રથમ તબક્કાની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવી હતી.

ઈન્ડિયા પોસ્ટ પેમેન્ટ્સ બેંકમાંથી લેણ-દેણ પર લાગશે પૈસા

ઈન્ડિયા પોસ્ટ પેમેન્ટ્સ બેંક (IPPB) દ્વારા ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન પણ જૂનથી મોંઘા થઈ જશે. વાસ્તવમાં, IPPBએ 15 જૂનથી ઈશ્યુઅર ફી લાગુ કરવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો છે. નિયમો હેઠળ, દર મહિને પ્રથમ ત્રણ AEPS વ્યવહારો મફત હશે, જેમાં AEPS રોકડ ઉપાડ, AEPS રોકડ જમા અને AEPS મિની સ્ટેટમેન્ટનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. ફ્રી ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન પછી દરેક રોકડ ઉપાડ અથવા રોકડ ડિપોઝિટ પર રૂ. 20 વત્તા GST લાગશે, જ્યારે મિની સ્ટેટમેન્ટ ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન પર રૂ. 5 વત્તા GST લાગશે.

એક્સિસ બેંકના બચત ખાતાના નિયમોમાં થશે ફેરફાર

1 જૂનથી એક્સિસ બેંકના સેવિંગ એકાઉન્ટના નિયમોમાં પણ ફેરફાર થશે. બેંકના નવા નિયમો અનુસાર, અર્ધ-શહેરી અને ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં સરળ બચત અને પગાર કાર્યક્રમો માટે ખાતામાં સરેરાશ માસિક બેલેન્સની મર્યાદા 15,000 રૂપિયાથી વધારીને 25,000 રૂપિયા અથવા 1 લાખ રૂપિયાની ફિક્સ ડિપોઝિટ કરવામાં આવી છે. જ્યારે લિબર્ટી સેવિંગ્સ એકાઉન્ટ માટે તેને 15,000 રૂપિયાથી વધારીને 25,000 રૂપિયા કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. નવો ટેરિફ પ્લાન જૂન 1, 2022થી લાગુ થશે.

સરકાર ટૂંક સમયમાં દેશનાં તમામ સરનામાં માટે ડિજિટલ યુનિક કોડ તૈયાર કરવા જઈ રહી છે. આ ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડ (DAC)દેશનાં તમામ સરનામાં માટે અલગ-અલગ યુનિક કોડની માફક કામ કરશે. સરકાર આ માટે દેશના દરેક સરનામાને વેરિફાય કરવા માટે એક યુનિક કોડ ઈસ્યુ કરશે, જે તેના સરનામાની જગ્યાએ ઓનલાઈન ડિલિવરીથી લઈ એવી વ્યક્તિના એડ્રેસની ચકાસણી કરશે, જેમાં ઈ-એડ્રેસ તરીકે કામ કરશે.

કોણ તૈયાર કરી રહ્યું છે ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડ
ભારત સરકારનું પોસ્ટલ વિભાગ ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડ (DAC)તૈયાર કરવાની દિશામાં કામ કરી રહ્યું છે. પોસ્ટ વિભાગે તાજેતરમાં જ પોતાની અધિકૃત વેબસાઈટને ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસના પ્રસ્તાવ પર તમામ હિતધારકોનાં ફીડબેક અને સૂચનો મગાવતા એક ડ્રાફ્ટ રિસર્ચ પેપર ઈસ્યુ કર્યું હતું. ફીડબેક આપવા માટેની સમયસીમા 20 નવેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરી થઈ ગઈ છે. આ સાથે એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે સરકાર ટૂંક સમયમાં ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસને લઈ અનેક જાહેરાત કરી શકે છે.

શા માટે ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડની જરૂર છે?
ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસની જરૂર શા માટે છે, આ અંગે પોસ્ટ વિભાગે જણાવ્યું હતું કે સામાન્ય રીતે આધારને એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ તરીકે ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે, પણ આધાર પર નોંધાયેલા એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલી પ્રમાણિત કરવામાં આવતું નથી. વર્તમાન સમયમાં તમામ એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સાથે આ જ તો ઊણપ છે. કોઈપણ એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલી પ્રમાણિત કરવા માટે એડ્રેસને ડિજિટલ લોકેશન (જિયોસ્પેશિયલ કોઓર્ડિનેટ્સ અથવા ભૂ-સ્થાનિક નિર્દેશાંક) સાથે લિંક થવી જોઈએ. આ સંજોગોમાં ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ આઈડેન્ટિટીને એડ્રેસના ઓનલાઈન ઓથેન્ટિકેશન માટે ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે.

• ચોક્કસ એડ્રેસ સુધી પહોંચવામાં મુશ્કેલીઃ ઓનલાઈન બિઝનેસ ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શનમાં વધારો થયો છે અને ઓનલાઈન ખરીદી પણ વધી છે, જોકે ડિલિવરી માટે કોઈ એડ્રેસ અથવા સ્થાન સુધી પહોંચવું એ ખૂબ જ મુશ્કેલ કામ છે.
• આધાર બસ એડ્રેસનો પુરાવો છેઃ આધારનો ઉપયોગ સામાન્ય રીતે એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ માટે કરવામાં આવે છે. જોકે આધાર કાર્ડમાં રહેલા સરનામાને ડિજિટલી પ્રમાણિત કરી શકાતા નથી.
• બનાવટી સરનામાથી છેતરપિંડીઃ ક્યારેક બનાવટી એડ્રેસનો ઉપયોગ કરી ઈ-કોમર્સ ગ્રાહકો સાથે છેતરપિંડી થાય છે, પણ એડ્રેસ ડિજિટલ લિંક્ડ થવાથી એને ઓનલાઈન પ્રમાણિત કરી શકાય છે, જેથી ફ્રોડ અટકશે.
• યુનિક થશે એડ્રેસઃ ખૂબ જ લાંબા અને જટિલ એડ્રેસ હંમેશાં યુનિક હોતા નથી અને આવાં સ્થળો સુધી પહોંચવું મુશ્કેલ થઈ જાય છે.

ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડની વિશેષતા કઈ હશે?

• DAC દરેક એડ્રેસ માટે યુનિક હશે. એડ્રેસનો અર્થ દરેક વ્યક્તિની રહેઠાણ સંબંધિત યુનિટ અથવા ઓફિસ કે બિઝનેસ હશે.
• ડિજિટલ એડ્રેસ કોડ (DAC)ને એડ્રેસનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરનારા જિયોસ્પેશિયલ કોઓર્ડિનેટ્સથી જોડવામાં આવશે. એડ્રેસના એન્ટી ગેટ અથવા ગેટ પર કોઓર્ડિનેટ્સ આ ઉદ્દેશ માટે એડ્રેસનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરશે.

New Delhi.  RRB Group D Exam Date: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the schedule of NTPC exam for the 7th stage on its official website on Thursday.  As per the schedule, RRB NTPC Phase 7 exams will be held on 23, 24, 26 and 31 July 2021.  In such a situation, a link to see the city and date of the examination of the candidates and download the free travel card for SC / ST candidates will be issued 10 days before the exam.

Whereas, the admit card of the candidates will be issued 4 days before the exam.  After the issuance of admit card, candidates will be able to download it by visiting the official website of the department.  The complete steps to download the admit card will be given on the official website.

 After the release of the date of RRB NTPC Phase-7 Phase Exam, it is believed that the exam date for recruitment to the posts of Group D will be released by the Railway Recruitment Board soon on the official website.  In such a situation, candidates are advised to keep checking the official website of the department from time to time.

હાલ સ્માર્ટ મોબાઈલની ખરીદી પર ખેડૂતને કી-પેડના ફોનની કિંમત જેટલી સહાય મળે છે,ગ્રામ્યમાં માત્ર 290 ખેડૂતોએ અરજી કરી

ગુજરાતનાં કૃષિ અને પશુપાલન મંત્રી રાઘવજી પટેલ આજે રાજકોટની મુલાકાતે છે. અહીં તેમણે બર્ડ રેસ્ક્યુ ટેન્ટની મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. સાથે કેટલીક મહત્વની જાહેરાત પણ કરી હતી. જેમાં તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અગાઉ ખેડૂતોને રૂ.15 હજાર સુધીની મોબાઈલ ખરીદીમાં 10 % સહાય આપવાની જાહેરાત સરકાર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેમાં હવે વધારો કરી ખેડૂતોને રૂ.15 હજાર સુધીની મોબાઈલ ખરીદી પર હવેથી 40 % સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.એટલે ઓછામાં ઓછી રૂા.6 હજાર જેટલી સહાય મળશે. આ ઉપરાંત સ્માર્ટફોન ખરીદી માટેની સહાય ખેડૂતોને સરળતાથી મળે તે માટે સામાન્ય ડોક્યુમેન્ટ લેવા માટે મંત્રાલયને સૂચના અપાઈ હોવાનું પણ તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે હાલ જો ખેડૂત 10 હજારની કિંમતનો મોબાઈલ લેવા જાય તો તેને માત્ર રૂ. 1000ની સહાય મળે છે. જયારે 20,000થી વધુની રકમનો મોબાઈલ ખરીદે, ત્યારે તેમને વધુમાં વધુ રૂ. 1500 જેટલી સહાય મળે છે. સ્માર્ટ મોબાઈલની ખરીદી પર ખેડૂતને જે સહાય આપવામાં આવે છે, તેના કરતા વધુ ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ તો મોબાઈલ - ફોન વિક્રેતા આપે છે. ખેડૂતને આ સહાય મેળવવા માટે પણ ઓનલાઇન અરજી કર્યાની પ્રિન્ટ, મંજૂરી હુકમ, 7/12/8નો દાખલો, સ્માર્ટ મોબાઈલનું જીએસટીવાળું બિલ જેવા થોકડોબંધ દસ્તાવેજો આપવા પડે છે અને 2 મહિને સહાયની રકમ ખેડૂતોના બેંકના એકાઉન્ટમાં જમા થાય છે. રાજકોટ જિલ્લા પંચાયતના ખેતીવાડી વિભાગમાંથી મળતી માહિતી મુજબ રાજકોટ ગ્રામ્યના માત્ર 290 જેટલા જ ખેડૂતોએ મોબાઈલ માટે અરજી કરી છે.

The central government has made a big announcement for children orphaned by corona in the country.  The tuition fees of such children will also be provided from the PM Care Fund.  Financial assistance will be given every month till the age of 18. In addition, Rs 10 lakh will be given when the child reaches the age of 23.

 According to the Prime Minister's Office, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that all children who have lost a parent or guardian due to corona will get help under the PM Care for Children scheme.  On the other hand, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has also announced a child service scheme for orphans who have lost their parents in the Koro epidemic.

 5 lakh health insurance

 These children will also get health insurance of Rs 5 lakh under Ayushyaman Bharat Yojana.  Their premium will be paid from PM Care Fund.  If you have taken a loan for higher studies, you will be given relief.  The interest on this loan will also be paid from this fund.

 Union Minister Smriti Irani said in a tweet that from April 1, 2021 to 2 pm on Tuesday, the parents of a total of 577 children from the state government and the Union Territories have died due to corona.  They further said that these children are now safe under the district administration.  If such children have any need for mental health, we have formed a team at the National Institute of Mental Health.

 Children below the age of 10 years will be given admission in the form of Day Scholar in the nearest Kendriya Vidyalaya or Private School.

 If the children are admitted in a private school, the fee will be paid from the PM Care Fund as per the rules of Right to Education.

 Expenses on their school uniforms, books and notebooks will also be paid for.

 Help for higher education

 Children will be helped to take loans for professional courses or higher education in India as per the current education loan norms.

 As an alternative, such children will be given a scholarship equivalent to a bachelor's or professional course fee or tuition fee under a central or state government scheme.

 Children who are not eligible under the current scholarship scheme will get a similar scholarship from PM Cares.

 Health insurance

 All children will be considered as beneficiaries under the Lifelong India Scheme (PM-JAY).  He will get health insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh.

 Up to the age of 18 these children will be paid premium amount from PM Cares.

 Good news!  The government will deposit money in the accounts of 11.8 crore students, the education minister announced

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal `Nishank` tweeted, હેઠળ Under the MDM scheme, the central government will provide financial assistance to about 118 million students through DBT.  An additional Rs 1,200 crore will be provided in the fund for this.

New Delhi: Under the Midday Meal Scheme, funds will be sent to children through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).  Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' has approved a proposal to provide meals to all eligible children in the mid-day meal scheme.

 11.8 crore students will get financial help

 Thus 11.8 crore students will get case amount through DBT.  This will give impetus to the mid day meal scheme.  This is different from the government's announcement of free foodgrains distribution to about 80 crore beneficiaries at the rate of 5 kg per person per month under the Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Food Scheme (PM-GKAY).

The education minister tweeted

 Let me tell you that this decision will help protect the nutritional status of children and help maintain their innocence during this challenging epidemic.  The Central Government will provide an additional amount of about Rs. 1200 crore to the State Governments and the Union Territory Administration for this.
