Gujarat Govt Makes Reapplication Procedure For Learner’s Driving License Faceless Under Sarathi 4.0, Making It Hassle-free For The Applicants

 गुजरात सरकार ने सरथी 4.0 के तहत शिक्षार्थी के ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया को गलत साबित कर दिया है, जो आवेदकों के लिए परेशानी से मुक्त है। यदि अपरेंटिस लाइसेंस की छह महीने की अवधि एक कारण या किसी अन्य के लिए समाप्त हो गई है, तो आवेदक को आरटीओ कार्यालय में आना पड़ा।  अपरेंटिस लाइसेंस प्राप्त करें लेकिन अब से आवेदक parivahan.gov.in पर शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद ही प्रशिक्षु लाइसेंस प्राप्त कर सकेगा।

एसएआर 2.0 के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा लाइसेंस संबंधी सेवाओं के संचालन को सरल बनाया जा रहा है।  जिसके तहत, सरकार ने एक और निर्णय लिया है और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में खतरनाक सामान ले जाने के लिए फिर से सीखने वाले के ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया का विशेष सरलीकरण किया है, वाहन लेनदेन आयुक्त ने कहा।

 सूची में आगे कहा गया है कि एक कारण या किसी अन्य के लिए प्रशिक्षु लाइसेंस की छह महीने की अवधि समाप्त हो गई है और आवेदक को प्रशिक्षु लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए आरटीओ कार्यालय आना होगा, लेकिन अब से आवेदक को केवल शुल्क का भुगतान करने के लिए प्रशिक्षु लाइसेंस प्राप्त कर सकते हैं  parivahan.gov.in पर।  आवेदक अपनी कक्षा से घर बैठे लाइसेंस डाउनलोड कर सकता है और एक प्रिंट प्राप्त कर सकता है।

 इसी तरह जब ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस धारक के पास एक वर्ग का लाइसेंस होता है और वह एक अन्य वर्ग (AEDL-अतिरिक्त एंडोर्समेंट टू ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस) जोड़ना चाहता है, तो इस ऑपरेशन के लिए आवेदक को RTO कार्यालय में नौसिखिया लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए आमने-सामने आना पड़ता था, लेकिन अब यह हिस्सा है।  नई व्यवस्था आवेदक इस वर्ग को शुल्क का भुगतान करके वर्ग को जोड़ने में सक्षम होगा, जिसे आरटीओ स्तर पर सत्यापित और अनुमोदित किया जाएगा।  अनुमोदन के बाद, आवेदक को नियत तारीख पर ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा।

इसके अलावा, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में खतरनाक सामग्री को चलाने के लिए बेचान के संचालन को बेकार कर दिया गया है।  आरटीओ स्तर पर इस ऑपरेशन के लिए कोई मैनुअल स्टैम्पिंग की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

 You will get a driving license in just two days, apply at home

Nowadays driving is required for driving license and you can not run any vehicle without license. The government is simplifying the rules for license.

The process of creating a license is very simple.  If you are thinking of making license then you can also apply online and want to avoid the hassle of RTO.  Initially you have to create a learning license, after 6 months a mature license is issued.

 The fee for this is 200 rupees.  Age is at least 18 years.  The online process of creating a learning license is very easy.  You can apply by visiting the website of the Ministry of Highways.  Visit https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do.  Here is the list of states.  Choose your state first.  Then click on Apply Online and click on the link named New Learner License and a new form will open.

Complete this form, then click on the Save Offline button.  Now open the saved PDF file and click on the submit button below.  After submitting the application number will be generated, note this number.

 Write the application number in it, book the date and time of the day you are free and print this letter.  Then a copy of the form along with the date and time of day, living certificate, two passport size photographs, letter booked date and time, Xerox of ration card, Xerox of Aadhaar card, original copy of all the proofs should be taken along with it.

 Go to RTO office and get Form No. 2.  Which will come to only 5 rupees.  If you pass the primary exam, you will get a learning license.  If you fail, go again the next day.  For which you will have to pay 50 rupees and take the exam again.

 If you pass, the online learning license will be available online within 48 hours.  The time limit is 6 months.  After 6 months you will have to apply for a permanent license.  Then you have to go to the RTO office and take a driving test.  After passing the test, a permanent license is obtained.

Changed / re-changed rules regarding driving license, Central Government announces draft notification

The central government is going to take a big step to provide relief to Indians trapped abroad in the Koro epidemic. Under this, Indians trapped abroad will get convenience. 

Whose International Driving License (DL) permit has expired. The center is going to research the Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 for them. Research can bring great relief to Indians stranded abroad. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a research draft notification.

According to the draft notification, citizens of India whose International Driving License (DL) permit has expired can apply online on the portal of the Indian Embassy. The application will be dropped into the vehicle platform. The application will reach the concerned RTO.

Under the current rules for an International Driving License Permit, medical certificate and valid valid visa information must be provided. The new research will provide that those who have a valid valid driving license (DL) are no longer required to issue a medical certificate.

Validity of driving license (DL) and documents extended till 31st December

Some countries have a Visa on Arrival system. In such cases people do not already have a visa. Even in such a case, it will not be necessary to provide visa information for the renewal of IPD. 

The Ministry has sought its suggestions and recommendations from the stakeholders on this draft notification within 30 days i.e. till November 6. These instructions can be sent to the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways by mail or address. Also in the country, the validity of driving license (DL) and motor vehicle documents has been extended till December 31.
