US company Aplle has started manufacturing its latest flagship series iphone 11 in India. The iPhone 11 is being manufactured at Foxconn's plant in Chennai. However, this is not the first time that Aplle is making an iPhone in India. The company has assembled some models in India before, but this is the first time the company has started making the flagship series in India.

Can also export to another country

According to an ET report, Apple will increase production in India in the near future, but this will be done in several phases. Not only that, the report also says that in the near future, the iPhone 11 can be made in India and exported to another country. IPhone production in India can make the iPhone cheaper here, but there is no guarantee. The company can save up to 22 per cent on import tax due to local making and can even sell the iPhone 11 at a hefty price.
