ચોમાસું / અંબાલાલની આગાહી: વરસાદ પહેલાં સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં ચક્રવાત, આ તારીખથી ગાજવીજ સાથે થશે મેઘરાજાનું આગમન
ગુજરાતમાં આગામી ત્રણ દિવસ સુધી તીવ્ર પવન, ધૂળ ઉડાડતો વંટોળિયો ફૂંકાવાની અને પર્ટીક્યુલેટ મેટર્સનું (બારીક રજકણો)નું પ્રદુષણ વધવાની આગાહી કરાઈ છે તો રાજ્યના ઉત્તરીય ભાગમાં સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છના દરિયામાં 60 કિ.મી. સુધી પવન ફૂંકાવાની શક્યતાને પગલે માછીમારોને તા. 29 સુધી દરિયો નહીં ખેડવા મૌસમ વિભાગે ચેતવણી જારી કરી છે.

રાજ્યમાં પ્રિમોન્સૂન એક્ટિવિટી ગઈકાલથી શરૂ થવા સાથે છૂટાછવાયા સ્થળે વરસાદી ઝાપટાંનો આરંભ થયો છે અને તે સાથે તીવ્ર પવનની પણ આગાહી થઈ છે. સૌરાષ્ટ્રના પોરબંદર, નવલખી, જામનગર, ઓખા, સલાયા અને કચ્છના જખૌ, માંડવી, મુંન્દ્રા, ન્યુ કંડલા વગેરે બંદરોએ તા.૨૭થી ૨૯ તોફાની પવન ફૂંકાવા આગાહી છે. જ્યારે આવતીકાલે દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદની શક્યતા છે. જો કે રાજકોટમાં ગઈકાલે આગાહી વગર જ ધોધમાર અર્ધો ઈંચ વરસાદ વરસી ગયો હતો.
