The court has rejected Congress leader Hardik Patel's plea to leave the state of Gujarat. And Hardik Patel is upset that this application was not approved. It is pertinent to mention that it is not appropriate to let Hardik Patel go out of the state as he has serious offenses against him.

The government was told in court that it was violating the peace of another state

It is to be noted that unrest, vandalism and heavy violence took place in the state during this rally. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the city crime branch had registered a case against Hardik Patel in October 2015. Hardik Patel and other allies were charged with conspiracy to incite violence and overthrow the government.

Hardik's application for relief in bail conditions was denied by the court
