The deceased girl from Rajkot was a sister of one of the two brothers
Jivrajbhai Khodabhai Maniya (age 65) of Gadha, who was riding a bike in an accident between a car and a bike on Botad Road in Gadha, died on the spot. Hasmukhbhai Mordiya, a resident of Padwadar, was rushed to Gadda Hospital with serious injuries and from there to Bhavnagar Hospital for further treatment.
People passing by the road had gathered following the accident. A young woman was killed when a tanker overturned an Activa near Madhapar Chokdi in Rajkot.

Komalben Bharatbhai Ghetia (age 30) and his sister were rushed to hospital for treatment after a tanker overturned an Activa near Madhapar Chokdi in Rajkot. But Komalben died at the hospital. Hospital outpost staff informed Gandhigram police. One of the two brothers who died was a sister.
Two family sisters drown in Khambhaliya's Sonardi
Piyubha Jorubha Jadeja (age 17) and Bhagyashreeba Bharatsinh Jadeja, two teenagers, went to wash clothes in a pit near a farm in Sonardi village of Khambhaliya. Meanwhile, the two sisters drowned in a water hole. However, both died before the rescue operation could take place.
