The body of a young laborer was found in a suspicious condition in Chunarwad area of the city on Monday morning. Police have launched an investigation into whether the youth committed suicide after a preliminary investigation found scars on his throat.
The body of Manoj Jikabhai Sarvaiya, a resident of Chunarwad-3, was found on Monday morning in a rickshaw parked near his house. Staff of Thorala police station, including PSI Gohil, rushed to the spot on learning of the suspicious incident.

Police have speculated that the youth committed suicide after showing signs of injury in his throat. So the police moved the body to the hospital for postmortem. The postmortem reported that the young man had died from eating traps.
Meanwhile, he left home at four o'clock today to go to work. Manoj's body was found in his rickshaw at around 7 in the morning. Manoj, a father of two, has been found to have scars on his neck.
