Meteorological department forecasts winter: Find out how cold it will be and how long winter will last

In contrast, the northern states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and western Uttar Pradesh received less rainfall in September. Due to which the water level is low. Agriculture in these states is 100 per cent irrigated for wheat production. But as the cold season is long, wheat production may increase.
