 ➽ E-mail and mobile number (Mobile must be present at the time of filling up the form as well as e-mail login must be given.)

 Marksheet of Std.10,11 and 12 (as applicable) (Note: Marksheet of last attempt)

 ➽ Species pattern (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST)

 ➽ Example of income

 Aadhaar card

 Bank passbook

 પહોંચ Reach of fee payment (certificate of fee waiver if fee is waived)

 ➽ LC (School Leaving Certificate)

 નો Bonofide Certificate

 ➽ School College Eye Card (if any)

 Hostel Certificate (if the student lives in a hostel)

 ➽ Break Affidavit Certificate (Notarized Break Affidavit Certificate in stamp paper if the student has a gap of more than 1 year during the study)
