A young man stabbed his mother and sister to death in Morbi's Jikiyari village last night. The murderous game was played by the agitated youth after a scuffle broke out between the mother and the sister over cooking.
This double murder has made life easier in a small village. Following the incident, the taluka police rushed to the spot and conducted an investigation. Police have arrested the accused.

A double murder has come to light in Morbi's Gikiari village on Saturday night. In which Devashi Savjibhai Bhatia, a resident of Jikiyari village, killed her close relative Kasturiben Bhatia and sister Sangeetaben Bhatia by stabbing them to death.
The young man was so enraged that he killed his sister-in-law and sister-in-law after a scuffle broke out between his mother and sister last night over a meal.
Morbi taluka police conducted further investigation
The bodies of the two were shifted to PM Arthe Hospital after the incident. Upon learning of the incident, the taluka police staff rushed to the spot and started an investigation based on the complaint of the deceased's family members. However, the accused Devashi has been arrested by the police.
