A man named Jasabhai Zapada had a general altercation with a young man named Jaideep Dangar on Thursday. Khar Rakhi Jasabhai and his sons as well as his nephew got into a quarrel with Jaideep Dangar and Sandeep Dangar and attacked them.
Ankit Popat, Rajkot: Jaydeep Dangar, nephew of Rajkot city congress president Ashok Dangar, was attacked by some persons near Rupali Pan shop on Lakshmi Wali Main Road on Thursday afternoon. . A young man named Jaideep Dilipbhai Dangar was injured in the attack and was shifted to Madhuram Hospital in the city for treatment.
The entire case was registered by Bhakti Nagar police under sections 323, 324, 506 (2), 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and section 135 (1) of the Gujarat Police Act. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, the Bhaktinagar police have arrested the persons who attacked the nephew of the political leader within hours.

According to the police, action has already been taken against accused Jasmatbhai Zapda under the ace section. Thus, it has come to light that the accused himself has a criminal mindset. The four accused arrested by the police include Jasmatbhai, his two sons and a nephew.
Speaking to media after the attack on Rajkot City Congress president Ashok Dangar's nephew, Ashok Dangar himself said that the people who attacked his nephew had a criminal history as well as all the people were anti-social elements. Even within the police investigation itself, it has come to light that several crimes have been registered against the main accused Jasmatbhai Japda.
