Looms artisan killed in Amaroli by his friend for not repaying a thousand borrowed
The deceased threatened to kill the friend if he did not repay the money borrowed in the lockdown.
A half-naked body was found in the head of a craftsman from Amaroli Anjani Industries in Surat city a week ago. Police arrested his friend involved in the murder in the case. In the preliminary interrogation of the police, the accused confessed to killing the instigator by threatening to do whatever it takes to strip naked after refusing to return the one thousand rupees borrowed from him in the deceased lockdown.

A half-naked corpse was found
The half-naked body of a 35- to 40-year-old stranger was found from Anjani Industries in Amaroli area on December 12. Upon learning of the incident, Amaroli police registered a case of murder and started investigation. The deceased was identified as Kalpanath Yadav (b. 40). Police arrested his friend Kunnukumar Maheshkumar Parida (U.V.28), who was involved in Kalpanath's murder, on the basis of CCTV footage.

There was a scuffle between the two
In the initial interrogation of Kunnukumar, the police had borrowed Rs 1,000 from the deceased Kalpanath Yadav in a lockdown. Kalpanath did not give the money despite repeated demands.
Even on the day of the incident, Kalpanath took off his pants and went naked demanding money, threatening to do whatever he could. In which Kunnukumar confessed to killing the instigator.
