There are many services that you know about but don't use. Quality Test:

Filling the vehicle with free air:

It is mandatory to provide air filling facility in vehicles at all petrol pumps.  It also requires the petrol pump dealer to appoint an electronic filling machine at the pump and a person to fill the air in the vehicles.  The owner of the petrol pump or the person designated for this work cannot ask you for his money.  This service is provided to the people for free.  If money is demanded for this at any pump, you can complain to the concerned oil company. આ પણ વાંચો : જુઓ તમારો કાર્ટુન અવતાર.

Emergency Call Facility:

Drinking water facility:

The petrol pump dealer will have to provide free drinking water facility to the general public at his pump.  For this the petrol pump dealer will have to install the RO machine water cooler and water connection itself.  If there is no drinking water facility at the pump, you can complain to the oil marketing company.

First aid box feature:

Toilet facilities are available to customers for free.  For which customers do not have to pay any kind of charge.

Complain of not receiving these services:

A feedback book is available at all petrol pumps where customers can lodge their complaint.  You can file a complaint online if the pump staff is reluctant to file a complaint book.  To lodge a complaint online you have to go to http://pgportal.gov.in/ and lodge a complaint.
