The jeweler was hit with a paddle and robbed of gold worth Rs 1.5 crore

 Attack-robbery captured on CCTV: Jeweler who broke into a money laundering shop in Surat was stabbed and robbed of gold worth Rs 1.5 crore.

On March 5 in Yogi Chowk area in Sarthana, Surat, two groups of jewelers fought for Rs. Both groups attacked each other. A group attacked with three paddles and looted gold jewelery worth Rs 1.5 crore and fled. Police have also registered a joint complaint of both the parties. Currently, the whole incident has come to the notice of CCTV.


Gold was mortgaged and rupee was taken

According to police sources, Chetan Dhirubhai Sukhadia, originally from Devalia village in Amreli, is currently working as a jeweler in Swati Society. There is a jewelery shop called Jolly Sons in the Sai Palace building in Yogi Chowk, Sarthana. On the other hand, Vikrant Jagdish Joshi, who lives in Riddhisiddhi apartment in Bhestan, works in finance. It has a finance office called Jai Ambe Group in the Sarathi Complex near Hira Bagh in Varachha. Chetan needed money before eighty women. He already knew Vikrant, so he went to his office near Hira Bagh and mortgaged 3100 grams of gold jewelery and took Rs 1.5 crore in interest on gold loan from him. He also paid the installments on time. 1.5 crore was due.


Broke into a jewelry store and attacked

On the evening of March 6, Vikrant along with his friends Alok, Krunal Donda and Birju Donda went to the jewelery shop at Yogi Chowk, Chetan. He also took away the gold ornaments pledged to Chetan. There were three strangers besides Chetan. At that time, there was a fight between Vikrant and Chetan because of the rupee. Strangers from Chetan slapped Vikrant.


Both parties filed a complaint face to face

Chetan was beaten by Krunal and Vikrant. Chetan has lodged a complaint against the accused Vikrant, Alok, Krunal and Birju at the Sarthana police station. Vikrant has lodged a complaint against the accused Chetan and his three unidentified accomplices for fleeing after looting 3100 grams of gold jewelery. Police have registered a joint complaint of both the parties.

Chetan was taken to Vikrant when he needed money but when Vikrant needed money, he told Chetan to give him the remaining rupee and take away the gold. But Chetan did not have money.
