PIB Fact Check of Viral Message of Government Scheme: Digitization in India has increased very fast with the changing times.  In such a situation, nowadays everyone has a smartphone in their hand.  Through it he is transferring money from one account to another in just two minutes.  With the increasing digitization, the incidence of cyber crime is also increasing rapidly.

 Cybercriminals send SMS or email to people in the name of various schemes.  After that, steal customers' personal information and empty their accounts.


 Nowadays a message in the name of PM Awas Yojana is going viral on social media very fast.  The viral message claims that the Government of India has organized the quiz under the PM Awas Yojana.  The name of this quiz is Sabka Vikas Maha Quiz.  Let me tell you that PIB conducts fact-checks to know the veracity of viral messages and to protect people from any kind of fraud.  A fact check of the viral message has also been done for this viral message.  So let us tell you the truth of this message-

 The PIB tweeted the information

 PIB has checked the fact of this message on its Twitter handle.  In this viral message, it is being claimed that the government is organizing Sabka Vikas Maha Quiz under PM Awas Yojana.  Participants in this quiz will receive a 20-year prize.

 This scheme is fake

 The PIB has investigated the fact of this viral message and stated that this viral claim is completely false.  The Government of India is not conducting any quiz in the name of PM Awas Yojana.  In such a case, the message that is going viral on social media is completely fake.  The PIB has warned people not to fall prey to such misleading messages.  These messages are sent by cyber criminals.  Don't forget to send your personal and banking details by clicking on the link sent by them.  Doing so could make you a victim of fraud.  Your bank account can be emptied in an instant.
