Agnipath Yojana / New announcement made by Defense Minister amidst nationwide protests, firefighters will get one more benefit after retirement
Violence has spread in many cities across the country due to the Agneepath scheme for army recruitment but the government is making efforts to implement the scheme as soon as possible. Necessary changes are also being made for this new scheme. In the morning, the Home Ministry announced that 10 per cent reserve would be given to firefighters in the recruitment of Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) and Assam Rifles. Now the Ministry of Defense has also taken an important decision for this scheme.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has announced what facilities will be provided to the firefighters by the government after retirement.

A tweet from the defense minister's office said the government would also provide facilities to young people who would leave after serving in the army for four years. After retirement, the soldiers will be known as lifelong firefighters.
Get a loan at a cheaper rate
The tweet said, "I am glad that these firefighters have been given priority for selection in various government departments after their military service ended. If they want to do something else, they will be offered a loan at a cheaper rate. '

No compromise with quality
He further said that Agniveer is not only a name for bringing new recruits in the army of the country but they will also be given the same quality training that the soldiers of the army are getting today. Training time will be short but quality will not be compromised.
