Corona cases are on the rise in the state in the unlock phase. There are no signs in Gujarat that the spread of corona has slowed down. The state has recorded the highest ever 725 cases in the last 24 hours. Thus, the number of cases which used to cross 600 has now crossed 700. Today, 18 people have died and 486 patients have recovered. Thus the total number of Corona cases in the state has reached 36123. While the total number of deaths is 1945, the total number of discharges has reached 25900.
At present, the total number of active cases in the state is 8272, out of which 72 patients are in critical condition and 8206 patients are in stable condition. Today, Ahmedabad Corporation 8, Surat Corporation 4, Surat 2, Jamnagar Corporation 1, Ahmedabad 1, Gandhinagar 1, Kheda 1 patient has died due to corona.
