Link Aadhaar to Ration Card Read


Link the ration card from Aadhaar to this date, you will not get ration if not provided


 Ration and Aadhaar will not get ration till July 31, if the link is not made.
 Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman (Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman) announced the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Pak Yojana under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Pakcage amidst a lockdown issued by the government in March to prevent Corona infection.

Under this, 5 kg wheat / rice per member and one kg gram is being given free to every poor family every month from April.  In this, the government had made it clear that those who do not have ration cards.  They will also be given ration.

  This was different from the existing quota of grains found on free grain ration cards.  Now the Prime Minister has announced to extend it till 31 November.  Along with this, the government has also started the 'One Nation, One Ration Card' scheme.

 In this case, the last date for linking ration card to Aadhaar has been made 31 July.  By this date, if the ration is not linked to Aadhaar, the beneficiary will not get cheaper ration from PDS.

 To link ration card to Aadhaar, you can go to e-friend, Patwari and village secretary to get their help.  With this, you can also link Aadhaar with ration card online yourself.  For this, you just have to sit at home and follow some steps on the Internet.

Link Aadhar to Ration Card – Offline


  • Visit the nearest Public Distribution System (PDS) Centre or Ration Shop
  •  After submission of documents, an SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile number in Aadhaar and you will receive another SMS notification upon the successful linking of both the docul


Link Aadhar to Ration Card – Online

 Aadhaar ration card will be linked by following these steps


  •  To link ration card to Aadhaar (UIDAI) website go to uidai.gov.in.
  •  After this, click on the option of 'Start Now'.  After this, fill in your address and then select 'Ration Card' benefit type.
  •  Select the ration card scheme and enter the ration card number, Aadhaar number, email address and mobile number in it.
  •  After this, enter the one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile.
  •  Post the notification to complete the on-screen process.
  •  After the application verification, the ration card will be linked to Aadhaar.
