Head Constable of Gandhigram Police Station. Ghelubhai Shiar has registered a case against the driver who fled the scene of the accident following the complaint of injured Rajeshbhai. Jignesh alias Lalabhai Jentibhai Parmar, owner of the garage where the deceased youth works, has lodged a complaint against the unidentified driver at the Kuwadwa Road police station.
