Now this degree is required to become a teacher, the rules changed in the new education policy


The four-year Integrated B.Ed degree will be the minimum qualification for teaching work from the year 2030 and strict action will be taken against low level automated teacher education institutions.  Its blueprint has been introduced in the new education policy.  In which many important changes have been made from school education to higher education.  The policy introduces how the training needs of teachers can be met in line with the policy requirements.

Strict action was spoken of

 According to the Education Policy document, from the year 2030, the minimum qualification for education will be a four-year integrated https: //www.gstv.inB.Ed degree.  In which strict action has been taken against the lower level educational institutions.  It said that by the year 2022, the National Council of Education (NCTE) will prepare a share national professional standard for teachers for which NCERT, SCERT, teachers and organizations of all levels and sectors will be consulted.

 Recruitment will be done through transparent processes

 According to the policy, the review and research of professional standards will be in 2030 and thereafter every 10 years.  Teachers will be recruited through effective and transparent processes, the document said.  Promotions will be merit-based, with arrangements from time to time to evaluate work performance from multiple sources and to further your career as an educational administrator or educator.

 Establishment of National Advisory Mission

 A new and comprehensive National Curriculum Framework for School Education, ‘NCFSE 2020-21’ will be developed by NCERT.  A national advisory mission will be established.  There will be a large pool of senior / retired faculty with excellence.  This will include people with the ability to study in Indian languages.  Which will prepare university / college teachers to provide short and long term counseling / professional assistance.

The goal was set

 Special emphasis has been laid on keeping mother tongue / local / regional language as a medium of instruction, at least up to standard 5 and above.  Students will be given the opportunity to choose Sanskrit as an option at all levels of school and higher education.  The policy states that there will be a single regulator in the field of higher education, excluding law and medicine.  In which many big changes have been made from school education to higher education.  At the same time, the target has been set to increase the expenditure in the education sector to 6 per cent of GDP and to increase the gross enrollment rate in higher education to 50 per cent by the year 2035.

 Curriculum structure will be implemented


 The new policy emphasizes childcare and education, saying the new curriculum structure of 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 will be implemented instead of the 10 + 2 framework of the school curriculum.  Which will be for children aged 3-8, 8-11, 11-14 and 14-18 years respectively.  There is a provision to bring 3-6 year olds under the school curriculum, which is recognized globally as an important step for the mental development of children.
