WhatsApp is popular because it not only works for sending messages, but you can also make voice and video calling through it. The video calling feature is very special. Because, you don't have to pay for it separately. Only your phone should have internet. WhatsApp is also used on computers other than mobiles, but few people know that video calling can also be done from WhatsApp web.
All you have to do is open WhatsApp Web and sign in to your account. Here you will see three vertical dots. You have to create a room by clicking on it.

You will then see a pop-up. You can go to Messenger by clicking on this. You will not need a Facebook account for that.
Now you have to create a room and then you can make a video call. To create a room with some people, you need to go to the chat window and click on the attachment. Here you have to click on the room again.
Video call option from mobile
Open WhatsApp. Go to the contact you want to talk to. Then you have to open the chat of his contacts and click on the video camera icon next to the calling.
The special thing is, you can connect another participant during an ongoing call with one contact. To connect another participant during calling, you have to click on the Ad Participant button at the top right. Later you have to select one of the contacts and add it.
On WhatsApp you can make group calls at once. For that, first you have to open WhatsApp and select and open group chat. Once the chat is open, you can start video calling by clicking on the camera icon.
