The seriously injured youth was shifted to hospital for treatment, police said in a search of four persons

Yogesh Jamnabhai Dhokia, a resident of Labhdeep Society in Mwdi Plot area of ​​Rajkot, was beaten by four persons with a pipe. After killing the cattle, the young man was given a beedi dam. Yogesh has been shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment. Yogesh has lodged a complaint with the police against Amit Ladwa, Manish Ladwa, Parshottam Ladwa and Paras Ladwa. Police have registered a case against the four persons under IPC 323, 504, 506 (2), 114. Yogesh had earlier been booked for misdemeanor.

"I live with my wife Asha and a son and a daughter," Yogesh said in the complaint. My mom-dad and younger brother live downstairs with his family. On Wednesday night I came from Bharudi Tolnake after working as a carpenter and went to work near Amrapali gate. From there, my friend Bharatbhai Govindbhai Ganglia, who works as a carpenter with me, rode his bike from Amrapali Gate to my house on Raiya Road. 

At this time, Amit Ladwa and his brother Paras Ladwa were standing near my bike near Raiya Road Hansrajnagar Society. He pushed me and the bike. Bharat also fell. There Amit Ladwa's brother Manish and his elder father Parshottam Ladwa came with a pipe and started beating me. The man threatened to kill her. The four of them ran away as a crowd gathered saying that they are going to kill you today.

Yogesh had a previous love affair with Amit's wife

Yogesh had earlier had an affair with accused Amit's wife. It is learned that Amit attacked her with malice aforethought. Yogesh and Amit fled for 45 days with his wife.

A misdemeanor complaint was later registered against Yogesh. Amit fell in love with his wife Rakhi Paras, Parshottam and Manish along with Rakhi Dhoka-pipe broke on Yogesh. There were marks of injury on Yogesh's back and marks of BD's dam.
