The girl, who works for Orient Education Pvt Ltd on Jetalpur Road, had lodged a complaint with the police against the company's manager Vijay Dinesh Agarwal (Res. TP13 Chhani), saying she had been working for the company for the last three years. He had to take a loan last year as he needed Rs eight lakh to get a house.

At that time Vijay Agarwal did not need to take a loan. I will give you Rs 8 lakh, which will be deducted from your salary. He gave Rs 8 lakh and behaved rudely with the girl. He texted the girl in February and told her that he was going to Goa for an office work conference and that the other girls would also come directly.

Vijay Agarwal refused my remaining Rs. He said he would give five lakh. So the girl agreed to go to Goa. Vijay Agarwal reached Goa on both the flights and stayed at the Grand Leo Hotel. He had committed rape 3 times a day, so the girl's health also deteriorated.

A week ago, Vijay Agarwal texted her on her mobile and told her what she had done with the rest of her money. The girl told him that she did less with me in Goa. So Vijay Agarwal threatened to return the money immediately and the girl lodged a complaint with the police.
