On the night of October 20, while Sagira was sleeping alone in Wadi, all four persons came and made her a victim

A third incident of gangrape has come up in Jamnagar district. A complaint has been lodged at the Kalawad Rural Police Station alleging that 14-year-old Sagira was gang-raped in Peepar village in Kalawad taluka where the incident of gangrape on Sagira in Dhrol has not dried up. 

Based on the complaint, it has been found that four members of the Ganji gang of Madhya Pradesh gang-raped 14-year-old Sagira under the influence of alcohol. Kalawad village police have arrested four persons. One of the accused is a minor.

Sagira's family is from Madhya Pradesh and earns their living by doing farm work

Sagira's family earns their living by farming on a farmer's farm in Pepper village in Kalawad taluka. Sagira's family is originally from Madhya Pradesh. On October 20, while Sagira was sleeping alone in the wadi at night, four members of the Ganji gang got drunk. Later, one by one, the four persons forcibly had sexual intercourse with Sagira's mouth.

 The four men later fled the scene. Sagira later informed her parents and lodged a complaint at the Kalawad village police station. The four accused in the gangrape are Dinesh Karamsingh Kataria, a native of Chokhli village in Jobat taluka of Alirajpur district of Madhya Pradesh, Hee-man Chetansingh Bagel Adivasi of Paneri village and Sunil Gulabsingh Ajnar, a native of Balijira village in Jobat taluka. While a juvenile is accused.

Demand for remand of three accused, juvenile accused presented in juvenile court

Police have sought remand of three of the four accused in the gangrape case and a juvenile accused has been produced in juvenile court. One by one, the four persons committed the misdeed by slapping Sagira in the mouth. The victim Sagira informed her parents and the case eventually reached the Kalavad police station. 

Four persons were arrested on the basis of Sagira's complaint and a case of gangrape was registered against all of them under Section 376 (d) (a), 506-2 of the IPC and Section 4-8 of the Pox Act. The three accused arrested in the case underwent covid test. All three have been arrested following a negative report.

Sagira was gangraped by four persons 28 days ago in Jamnagar. The gangrape took place on 28 September. Whose complaint was registered five days later. In which Sagira's uncle's son smelled the incident and he spoke to the victim Sagira's mother.

 After which Sagira got courage and she lodged a complaint with the police against the four persons. In this case, Jamnagar police had arrested four persons and they are currently in jail.
