The Central Government provides financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 per annum to farmers under the PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme. This amount is sent directly to the farmers' bank account (DBT) in three installments.
So far 6 installments have been sent to farmers' bank accounts under the scheme. Now the central government will issue the seventh installment. In such a case, if you have not yet received the PM Kisan Honors Fund installment, get some necessary work done on an immediate basis.

Exemption in three states until 31 March 2021
If a farmer in the country wants to get Rs 6,000 per annum under the PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi, he has to link his Aadhaar card with a bank account first. However, farmers in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya have been given till March 31, 2021 to avail the benefits of the PM-Kisan scheme. In other words, people in these states can link their bank account with Aadhaar by March 31 next year.
A center effort to benefit the real farmer
If Aadhaar is not linked to a bank account by March 31, farmers in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya will also stop receiving money under PM-Kisan. Sources say the government will not provide any relief after this.
In addition to these three states, other states in the country have been required to link Aadhaar with bank accounts from December 1, 2019 to avail the PM-Kisan scheme. Through this the government is trying to extend the benefits of the scheme only to the real farmer.

Connecting a bank account and Aadhaar is fairly easy. For this you have to go to the bank with a photocopy of Aadhaar card, the account number of which you have given in PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi.
A photocopy of your support needs to be signed. Your Aadhaar bank account will then be linked. At the same time, this task can easily be done online as well. After Aadhaar and bank account are linked, a message will be sent to the registered mobile number.
