Under this initiative, any citizen can access and download documents saved in Digilocker through MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp.

People using WhatsApp can send 'Namaste or Hi or Digilocker' to WhatsApp number +91 9013151515. After this they will be able to use the services of Digilocker. With this, DigiLocker account can be set up or verified. Not only that, documents like PAN card, driving license and vehicle registration certificate can be downloaded on WhatsApp.
