The couple had been at loggerheads for three months

In Narasimhapura village of Viramgam taluka, Parineeta's husband and mother-in-law strangled him to death. The love affair between the bride and her husband had been going on for three months.

Jayashree told his mother on the phone to save the crying daughter

Jayashree, a 25-year-old daughter of Shanubhai Vasava, a resident of Junarajuwadia village in Narmada district, married Ashok Prajapati, a resident of Narasimhapura in Viramgam, four years ago and gave birth to a baby girl who is now three years old. There has been a rift between Ashok and Jayashree for the last three months.

Two days ago Jayashree cried on her mother on the phone and told her to save and educate my daughter. The phone was switched off. The next day Jayashree called again and said the same thing. Later in the night, Shanabhai got a call that Jayashree had died so he called his son-in-law Ashok and asked him if he had a heart attack.

Signs were found that the bride had been strangled

When they left home and reached Viramgam in the morning, Ashok and his family did not allow Jayashree's body to be touched. The suspect went to the house and found signs of a sore throat. My mother-in-law told Phulavatiben that she had died in my lap. "The door was locked from the inside and the bed was broken," said Ashok.
