All the necessary certificates related to recruitment should be issued by 09/10/2050. In which the candidates of socially and educationally backward classes have to avail the meager benefits of that caste. Validation of Non Creamy Layer as stated in Resolution No. 2.05.2017 / 3 / A of 3.08.2018 The validity of such certificate will be three years including the one obtained in the financial year.
In which the period of 1 year has been extended due to Kovid-12. So the certificate of Non Creamy Layer has to be obtained from the competent authority and this certificate should be issued between 01/02/2018 to 05/10/2050. And Certificate of Economically Weaker Class (EWS) as per Circular No . Perch / 102018/21 / G-2 of General Administration Department dated 07/09/2018 between 08/03/2018 to 05/10/2030. These certificates should be issued in the period to be submitted when requested. Otherwise the benefit of the reserve will not be available.
Educational Qualification:
First Class Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from a acknowledged institution of upper education with a slightest 2 years experience.
Pay Scale : 7th Pay Level Rs. 39900 - 126600
